Cancellation options
Plans change. No questions asked. Choose a 100% account credit for your prepaid registration—including care and lunch add-ons—or a 50% refund of your camp registration fees. Email info@junctionplacesportsplex.com or text 504-356-1812 before noon Central on the registered camp day you wish to cancel. For multiple days, this deadline applies to each day being canceled.
Referral rewards
Give $5. Get $5.
Share your personal referral link from your ACTIVE registration confirmation email. Your friend gets $5 off the most expensive eligible camp tuition in their order. You earn $5 in account credit for every qualifying referred registration—three qualifying registrations earn $15.
Applies to eligible 2026–2027 Holiday/School's Out camp sessions. Rewards available through August 18, 2027; referral credits expire August 18, 2028. Care/lunch add-ons are excluded from the friend discount. Your own household registrations do not earn referral rewards.

No taking pleasure in another person's failure, embarrassment, mistake or misfortune.
